Ella is a small town in the Badulla District of the Uva Province of Sri Lanka. It is located 200 km east of Colombo. It has a rich biodiversity. It is also home to a variety of flora and fauna. The falls area bounded by cloud forests and tea plantations.
Ella Rock is much more physically difficult, most of the hike is in the forest.
It is a beautiful, intimate town with stunning countryside and views.
