DAY 1 | Colombo airport – Negombo
DAY 2 | Negombo – Sigiriya
After breakfast checkout from the hotel and leave to visit `Lellama` fish market at Negombo, and visit a fishing village or at leisure in the beach.
After having lunch visit a traditional village in Habarana. This program is designed for you to experience the real traditional Sri Lankan rural village style, where you will travel in a Bullock cart to a rural village. After that we decided to visit Minneriya national park in Sri Lanka. Minneriya national park is the most visited park in Sri Lanka and Herds of elephants, buffalos, deers and leopards are what you are destined to look on your day.
Overnight stay in Sigiriya.
DAY 3 | Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa
After breakfast you will visit the Sigiriya rock. This impressive monolith which rises 200 meters out of the jungle has been transformed in the 5th Century by king Kashyapa into a fortress and became his capital. Here you will see the frescoes of the Sigiriya Maidens.
In the afternoon you will drive to Polonnaruwa for the visit of the well preserved remains of the city which has been the capital in Sri Lanka from the 11th to the 13th Century. You will see the excavations: Temples, Dagobas, the royal palace, the royal library, ect.

DAY 4 | Dambulla – Kandy
After breakfast travel to Kandy another fascinating city of Sri Lanka. En route visit Dambulla cave temple, which contains more than 150 Statues of the Buddha. This was where a king of the 1st Century B.C. took refuge and latter converted them into a monastery.
Then you can visit the world famous Botanical Garden in Peradeniya. The park dates back to 1371 under the reign of King Vikrama Bahu III when he held court here. The English put the cornerstone of the present garden in 1821. Here will find a very large variety of orchids, palms, bushes, as well as tropical plants and flowers of all type.
After this you will reach, the old royal city of Kandy, beautifully nestled between green hills. In Kandy, you will visit the temple of the tooth relic, which is the holiest shrine in Sri Lanka, where the tooth relic of Lord Buddha is highly venerated.
In the evening you`ll have the opportunity to see a dance performance, where you will see the famous Kandyan dances, as well as up-country and devil dances.

DAY 5 | Pinnawala – Anuradhapura
After breakfast travel to visit pinnawala elephant orphanage, the foster – home of elephants of different age and size feed, bathe, play together and even mate. These great animals have been found injured or left abandoned in the wilderness. Now they even breed in captivity.
And then visit Jathika Namal Uyana. It is the largest ironwood forest and pink quartz mountain in South Asia. In Anuradhapura, visit the Buddha statue in Aukana. Sightseeing around the area will bring you to the Kala wewa tank.

DAY 6 | Anuradhapura
After breakfast you will reach to historical place in Anuradhapura. First Capital of Sri Lanka in the 3rd Century BC. Declared a World Heritage Site.Visit Sri Maha Bodhi, the oldest historically documented tree in the world, the Brazen Palace, Dagobas, Ruwanwelisaya. Finely preserved rock-cut statues of Lord Buddha and ruins of palaces.
Overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
